My job at Signum is to continuously develop our products and tinker with new innovations.

As founder and developer, I've been with Signum longer than the company has existed.

The first thing I do in the workshop in the morning is switch on my radio, because with the right sound, it's like working by itself.

My favourite SIGNUM product is every single one of our saddles, which have inspired me for 25 years and keep me busy every day.

In my spare time, I am an enthusiastic worker and spend my time in the saddle - in my Campo Royal - with Signum's Holly Star.

As Managing Director, my job at Signum is to keep an eye on the big picture. Even though I have my fingers in every pie, my heart beats especially for the development and production of our products together with Stefan.

I have been Managing Director of SIGNUM since 2010.

My first action in the office in the morning is to turn up the heating , because it's only really good to work at Spanish temperatures.

My favourite SIGNUM product is our Military bridle, which I was proud to wear with my Signums Aramis all the way to the World Championships.

In my free time, I'm always on the lookout for the next thrill, whether on horseback, in a carriage or on the water with a surfboard.

My job at Signum is to be creative. Everything you see from Signum, from the website to the online shop to social media and print, goes through my head first and then to you.

I've been an integral part of the SIGNUM team since 2016.

My first act in the office inthe morning is to say good morning to my colleagues with my dog Hank and get myself a coffee.

My favourite SIGNUM product is my saddle, which serves me faithfully every day. But I'm so involved in product development that I have a little favourite part of every product.

In my free time, I like to go for a relaxed ride with my two PRE horses or take a carriage ride through the beautiful Lüneburg Heath.

My job at Signum has a lot to do with organisation. I'm responsible for ordering saddles and paddles from the configurator and take care of incoming readjustments. Once that's done, I juggle with figures in bookkeeping and accounting. My most important task: making sure there's always enough coffee

My first act in the office in the morning is to make coffee and check emails.

My favourite SIGNUM product is my two saddles - a Rose and a Vario.

In my free time I ride my two horses - preferably off-road.

My tasks at Signum are varied. I contribute my many years of experience in sales and import/export from both smaller and larger companies to the areas of: Quality management, dealer support, material procurement, warehouse management, inventory planning and export.

My first act in the office in the morning is to wish everyone a good morning.

My job at Signum is to answer our customers' questions and concerns, which we receive every day by phone and e-mail. I particularly enjoy the telephone advice and feedback discussions with our customers.

I've been in the team since October 2023.

My first act in the office in the morning is to pop in for a coffee with my colleagues and discuss the day ahead.

My favourite Signum product is our Dressage & Freedom riding pads. I like to ride bareback and our pads provide good protection for my horse's back and a secure hold for me.

In my spare time I spend every day with my horses, a Lusitano and a Mini Shetty. I love free work and riding in the neck ring. I have also taught my Shetty a few tricks.

My job at Signum is all about customising your saddles in our workshop. From repairs and readjustments to refurbishment, every saddle passes through my hands here.

I've been at home in our workshop since 2020.

My first act in the workshop in the morning is to switch on the lights and unlock the doors, because I'm the first one in the office every morning.

My favourite SIGNUM product is the greased leather cavesson lunge, which I make for you here in Bispingen.

In my free time, I spend a lot of time outdoors and my favourite place to work is in my garden.

My job at Signum revolves around our goods. I check the incoming goods, I'm out and about in the warehouse and I'm always working on the products in the workshop.

I've been on board since 2023.

My first action in the office in the morning is to raise the blinds. Then I get an initial overview of the saddles and upcoming tasks in the workshop.

My favourite Signum product is the Worker saddle, which accompanies me and my horse reliably in everyday life and offers me great support thanks to the block flap and the high cantle.

In my free time I like to work with my two Spaniards in free work or in working equitation.

My job at Signum is all the parcels that are sent out to you every day. I pack all your orders every day and support the service team on the phone and with emails.

I've been part of the team since January 2023.

My first act in the office in the morning is to wish everyone a good morning and make myself a coffee while the computer boots up.

My favourite Signum product is the Workerbag in chocolate and the saddle pad Lilly in the colour black rose.

In my free time I like to go horse riding, swimming and cycling.

My job at Signum is to deal with customer enquiries and concerns that reach us by email or phone. I answer questions about our products and orders.

I've been at Signum since mid-June 2023.

My first task in the office in the morning is to make tea and print out the orders.

My favourite Signum product is the PADDLE, as it is simply a ground-breaking invention that really helps a lot of people.

In my spare time I like to spend time with my three horses and look after them in our own open stable.

My job at Signum is to give you an insight into the Signum world. From video/photo shoots to all the actions you encounter on social media, I have my fingers in the pie and am in direct dialogue with you.

I've been with Signum since summer 2023.

My first act in the office in the morning is to make a coffee - both at home and in the office I simply can't do without.

In my free time I'm either out and about with my two riding partners or at EWU competitions. Of course, I'm always accompanied by my dog Loki and my camera.

My job at Signum: I take care of IT and the web. When it comes to digital implementation, I'm on hand to help other departments simplify their work processes. One saying I like to use is: "Odoo can do!"

I have been part of the Signum team since February 2024. The position was recommended to me during my Master's thesis phase and I immediately decided to take it.

My first act in the office in the morning is to take a sip of coffee from my Odoo cup and start the day together with my colleague Lisa at the Ratingen site.

My favourite SIGNUM product is the PADDLE because it can be individually configured.

In my free time I like to read books, play games and spend a lot of time outdoors.

My favourite SIGNUM product is the Kenzie Dysli Dressage riding pad. Originally, I only wanted to use it as a temporary solution, but then I couldn't part with it.

In my free time, I spend a lot of time with my Spanish Pinto, preferably out in the field.

My job at Signum is the weekly newsletter. I come up with the concept, text and images and keep you up to date at all times. I'm also the back-up in the marketing team when my colleagues' heads are spinning. Oh yes, I also contribute a few photos.

I've been a photographer at Signum since 2021 and a member of the Marketing team since 2022

My first act in the office in the morning is to put on water for tea and check social media.

My favourite Signum product is Luca's amazing Signum saddle. Or the Military bridle, which always looks great in photos. Oh, who's to choose?

In my free time I'm at home at Lengelshof and look after the Murgese horses. Or I'm out and about with my camera, but even then it's usually not possible without four-legged friends.

My job at Signum is to support the marketing team as a freelancer. When I'm not supporting our team, you can find me in the show office at Equitana.

I've been an official part of the team since September 2021, although I've been close to SIGNUM through Working Equitation for much longer.

My first action in the office in the morning is my daily walk to the coffee machine.

My favourite Signum product is the Cavesson Campo Soft Connection because it is so incredibly versatile and has served me faithfully for almost 10 years.

In my spare time I work with my 3 horses at Lengelshof, always accompanied by my four-legged friend.

My job at Signum has a lot of horsepower. The logistics and journeys between the Bispingen site and production are my responsibility. Everything that has to be transported from A to B is driven by me.

I' ve grown up in and with the company.

My first thing in the morning is to download a new audio book for the next journey.

My favourite Signum product in terms of riding feel is the Rose saddle model and in terms of looks the Vaquero with black full leather.

In my free time I like to spend time with my friends from university.

Our four-legged "feel-good managers" ensure a good mood in the offices, the workshop and in dispatch. They like to accompany us to the warehouse, look over our shoulders as we pack the parcels and always keep a watchful eye on whether the saddle adjustments are going well ;) After the lunch break and a romp in the yard, we are often accompanied in the afternoon by a quiet and soothing snoring from the dog baskets next to the desks.

My role at Signum is not only the saddle tours, where I get to meet lots of interesting horse and rider pairs, but also the interface between management and sales.

I've been working for SIGNUM since 2021 and I'm on the road in the western region.

My first thing in the morning when I go on tour is to take care of all the animals at home.

My favourite Signum product is every single one of my saddles, because for me there are no better saddles for dressage work but also for long trail rides.

In my spare time I look after my stable horses. I am active in working with my horses and in agility with my dog.

My career began with my studies in equine science. After that, I decided to get further into practical work with horses and came into contact with Signum saddles for the first time during my internship with the Vierhaus family. In 2013, I founded my own farm, the Rahmenhof in Weeze.

My job at Signum is the saddle tours in the north.

I've been part of the team since 2021, after getting to know Gernot and SIGNUM at a tournament in 2018.

My first action on a tour day is to check the map of my saddle tour and email to see if any changes have been made.

My favourite Signum product is hard to define, as I love every product in its own way. I love my saddle for riding. But I am just as enthusiastic about the paddle because it comes very close to my saddle and is an absolute game changer for some horses.

In my free time I am a passionate Working Equitation rider and also enjoy travelling to competitions and being out in nature with my dogs Tommy and Paul.

My career began at the age of 13 when I started riding. From then on, the path of classical riding lessons led me all the way to becoming an A-level competitive trainer, where I successfully rode dressage up to advanced (S) level and show jumping up to medium (M) level and managed a training stable. I have an additional qualification in crookedness therapy/straightening horses from the ground and at the same time I completed my training as an equine physiotherapist.

I discovered my affinity for the art of saddlery at the age of 15, when I worked for 3 years as a temporary employee in a saddlery, building/measuring my first leather work and customised saddles.

My job at Signum is to provide advice in the field. I travel around Thuringia, Hesse, Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria and Austria on my saddle tours.

I have been your consultant for Signum customised saddles and ready-made saddles since 2021.

In my free time, I'm on the road with my Lusitano in Working Equitation.

My first action in the morning is in the office: my office is on the street and my first activity in the morning is to turn the key, switch on the radio and usually start by refuelling.

My favourite Signum product is the Signum Omega custom-made saddle

My background: Originally a qualified rider, she has been active in working equitation up to advanced level with her Lusitano since 2008 and enjoys passing this passion on to her customers. In my free time I love to train my horses, but also our sled dogs - my second passion.

Julia Seffer originally set herself the task of finding the right saddle for a healthy horse's back out of love for her quarter gelding Leo. Today she is an experienced expert in her field and has been looking after horses and riders for over 10 years in all matters relating to the fit of their saddle. She is on tour in Switzerland approximately every 4 weeks with her mobile saddle service and is available on site to check the fit of our SIGNUM and OMEGA saddles.

Rudi Aufderklamm is one of the most experienced trail riding guides in South Tyrol. Rudi has been travelling for many years in the saddle of SIGNUM on his trail rides. Together with him, we have developed our trail riding equipment on the saddles and tested them for their suitability over hundreds of kilometres.
